Job description
About the Role
Workvivo, an AI-driven employee experience platform acquired by Zoom in 2023, enhances organizational connectivity and engagement. The EMEA Field Marketing Manager will lead the regional marketing strategies, focusing on driving pipeline growth through a tiered Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach. This pivotal position involves collaborating closely with Sales and Demand Generation teams within a hybrid working environment based in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the EMEA field marketing strategy utilizing a tiered ABM model: 1:1 for targeted strategic accounts, 1:few for account groups, and 1:many for wider segments.
- Develop and coordinate the regional field marketing calendar alongside Sales and SDR leadership, tailored to account tiers and deal progression.
- Own and deliver pipeline targets for the EMEA region, driving and accelerating pipeline across account levels while aligning with other demand channels.
- Assist in strategizing and executing global flagship events such as Workvivo Engage as part of the regional ABX initiatives.
- Manage the regional field and event budget, focusing on pipeline efficiency over merely event volume or attendance.
- Ensure a seamless transition process with Sales Development and Sales teams, facilitating timely and coordinated account follow-ups aligned with engagement levels, and collaborating with Revenue Operations on lead attribution and routing.
- Execute established playbooks and processes from Global Field and Strategic Events leadership, contributing to their ongoing enhancement.
- Report on EMEA field and event performance with an emphasis on pipeline contributions at regional and global levels.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years' experience in field marketing, ABM, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven expertise in executing tiered ABM strategies encompassing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many/ABX models, beyond mere theoretical knowledge.
- Strong capability to optimize pipeline efficiency with a results-driven approach, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and tangible outcomes over attendance or brand metrics.
- Experience managing regional field budgets and delivering precise pipeline performance reporting to senior leadership.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Sales, Sales Development, and Demand Generation teams, to advance shared objectives.
- Background in SaaS or B2B technology sectors, preferably with understanding of HR technology and employee experience platforms.
- Comfortable presenting performance data and strategic plans to senior management.
- Residency within the EMEA region and willingness to travel within the region as required.
