Role Overview
We seek a motivated Adviser Support professional to join our busy In-House Advice team, which is handling increasing demands. You will be the primary point of contact for queries from referring advisers and play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with prospective clients and existing members. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with various administrative tasks that support both the advice and Distribution teams.
Key Duties
- Make outbound calls to referred leads to arrange meetings in the calendars of our In-house Advisers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from referring advisers and clients.
- Manage multiple queues of leads, respecting client preferences and optimal contact times.
- Handle inbound calls directed to the In-house Advice team with professionalism and efficiency.
- Initiate proactive outreach to new members to ensure timely welcome calls.
- Assist with weekly reporting tasks, maintaining accuracy and punctuality.
Candidate Profile
You are a personable individual with a strong customer service focus, backed by several years' experience in roles such as hospitality, call centres, retail, or similar customer-facing environments. This role is a great opportunity to transition into the financial services sector and expand your skills.
Success in this position requires providing excellent customer service while maintaining precise and accurate administrative and reporting output in a fast-moving environment.
Desired Attributes
- At least 2 years' experience in sales, call centre, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in administrative and reporting responsibilities.
