Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager is a critical leadership role tasked with delivering customer-centric product solutions aligned with Generate’s strategic goals. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, making data and customer insight-driven decisions, collaborating closely with various teams, and leading initiatives from conception through to launch and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategy by transforming customer and business demands into actionable product roadmaps and guiding products from concept to launch.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and continuous post-launch improvements to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
- Advocate for customers by leveraging research, feedback, and market intelligence to design intuitive products that meet real needs.
- Utilize data analytics to define and monitor key product performance indicators, combining metrics with customer insights for ongoing enhancement.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Technology, CRM, Distribution, and Customer Experience to align objectives and successfully execute the product roadmap.
- Mentor and lead the Product Manager, fostering capability-building and sharing expertise throughout the organization.
- Drive innovation by exploring AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies to improve product research, development, delivery, and optimization processes.
Candidate Profile
- At least seven years of product management experience with demonstrated success in delivering customer-focused products from concept to launch.
- Proven ability to create and execute product strategies that align with company goals and enhance user experience.
- Hands-on collaboration with software development teams for product scoping, planning, and rollout.
- Experience in client-facing roles with a strong emphasis on customer service to ensure product satisfaction and alignment with client needs.
- Comfortable with digital tools and enthusiastic about adopting approved AI solutions to boost productivity, quality, and workflows.
