Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and safety-conscious Adventure Park Supervisor responsible for managing the daily operations of the adventure park, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The supervisor will guarantee that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently aligned with company policies while fostering an enjoyable and memorable atmosphere for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily park operations including rides, climbing activities, zip lines, obstacle courses, and guest spaces.
- Lead, schedule, and support operational staff guaranteeing superior customer service and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform daily safety inspections of all equipment, attractions, and facilities.
- Ensure every guest is properly briefed on safety and abides by park rules and procedures.
- Swiftly address incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
- Oversee crowd management, staffing adequacy, and operational flow during busy periods.
- Train new employees on procedures, safety requirements, and emergency responses.
- Maintain accurate documentation including operational reports, incident logs, and maintenance records.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues minimizing downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the park.
- Assist with ticketing, special events, and group activities as needed.
- Support management in reaching revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, recreation management, sports management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Between 2 to 4 years supervisory experience within adventure parks, amusement parks, recreation, or hospitality sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- First Aid/CPR certification is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
