Job Outline
We are seeking a proactive Admission Officer dedicated to driving student enrolment through strategic marketing and relationship-building initiatives within defined localities. This role demands executing diverse promotional activities and fostering community connections to boost admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a steady stream of potential student enquiries by organizing and executing both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing campaigns, including hosting seminars at schools, public venues, and residential areas within targeted zones.
- Support business development goals by conducting visits to schools and engaging with principals, coordinators, and governing authorities to promote the institution and secure partnerships.
- Deliver excellent customer engagement during home visits by providing personalized counseling to students and parents, facilitating admission conversions and enrollment completion.
- Explore and leverage business opportunities through collaborations with local tuition educators.
- Comply meticulously with all internal protocols and regulatory requirements throughout admission processes.

Compensation
