Admission Officer

Job Overview

The Admission Officer will be responsible for driving student enrollment through strategic marketing and outreach activities within designated territories. The role involves engaging with schools, coordinating seminars, and directly counseling prospective students and their parents to ensure successful admissions while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive admission numbers by continuously sourcing leads through executing Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing initiatives, including organizing seminars at schools, public locations, and residential areas.
• Work towards achieving target numbers by visiting schools to collaborate with principals, coordinators, and management staff for business growth.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience during home visits by counseling students and parents, thereby facilitating enrollment closure.
• Explore and maximize business prospects through relationships with local tuition educators.
• Maintain compliance by following internal processes and guidelines consistently.

Additional Information

Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from 30,000 to 55,000 INR.

Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, requiring onsite presence.
