Job description
Job Overview and Key Duties
The Admission Officer will be responsible for attracting and enrolling students by executing a blend of Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing strategies within designated areas. This includes organizing seminars in schools and public venues to generate awareness and interest.
The candidate will actively visit schools to engage with principals, coordinators, and management teams to foster partnerships and facilitate business development. To facilitate enrollment, they will conduct home visits to counsel both students and their parents, emphasizing a positive and pleasant customer experience.
Identifying and leveraging potential business avenues by collaborating with local tuition teachers will also be a key part of this role. The candidate must comply with all internal policies and ensure processes are strictly followed.
