Job Overview
The role of Admission Officer involves driving student enrollment by executing a mix of marketing initiatives and direct engagements within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive admission generation by managing a steady inflow of potential candidates through executing Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing strategies, including conducting seminars at schools, public seminars in town, and events at residential areas within assigned territories.
- Support achievement of set enrollment targets by visiting schools to engage with principals, coordinators, and management personnel to promote business development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during home visits by advising students and parents, facilitating admission closures, and securing enrollments.
- Expand business prospects by networking and collaborating with local tuition teachers.
- Ensure strict compliance with company processes and internal regulations throughout the admission process.
