Overview
The Admission Counsellor role at Aakash Educational Services Limited entails guiding students and their parents through the various academic offerings such as NEET, JEE, and Foundation courses. The focus is to clearly communicate program advantages and effectively convert prospective inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling to students and parents about suitable educational programs aligned with their academic and career goals.
- Clarify course details including structure, fees, scholarships, and batch schedules.
- Manage incoming inquiries through walk-ins, phone, and digital channels, ensuring consistent follow-up and accurate CRM documentation.
- Meet and exceed admission targets on monthly and quarterly bases by converting prospects into students.
- Collaborate with academic and operational teams to facilitate seamless onboarding processes.
- Establish solid relationships with students and parents by addressing questions and concerns promptly to uphold a positive organizational image.
- Participate in marketing efforts such as seminars, school visits, and educational fairs to promote programs and scholarship opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive negotiation capabilities and target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations including MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Preferred experience of 1 to 6 years in educational counseling or sales roles.
- Minimum qualification: Any graduate degree.
