Administrator: Workshop

Role Overview

This position involves taking charge of vehicle service initiation and repair processes within the workshop. The Administrator ensures all operational documentation is accurately managed while addressing performance issues and initiating repair requests. Key duties include verifying warranty coverage, preparing cost estimates, and generating job cards. Maintaining positive customer relations is essential to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction during repair services.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehend and adhere to workshop processes and systems.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, delivering quality results under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Exhibit customer-focused behavior with a friendly attitude.
• Possess broad experience with Trailers operations.
• Understand and comply with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience & Skills

• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience working in Truck and Trailer Workshop environments.
