Role Overview
This role reports to the External Partners Responsible and is aimed at coordinating activities related to external partners, ensuring seamless operations between ABB and its external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize the dispatch and receipt of semi-finished products and materials to external partners according to pre-established schedules.
- Create and monitor transport requests, synchronizing shipments to and from ABB facilities.
- Support external partner networks with resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Conduct visits to partners to inspect materials, semi-finished items, tools, and ensure compliance with associated processes.
Requirements
- Secondary or higher technical education preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Technical proficiency and ability to work with technical documentation.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience with or willingness to work with MRP systems is beneficial.
- Good command of the English language is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with multiple departments.
- Teamwork capabilities and ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic workplace.
- Responsible, disciplined, and well-organized work approach.
- Driver’s license is considered an advantage.
