Account Manager

Position Overview

The Account Manager is accountable for managing rental accounts by delivering outstanding customer service, promoting new products, driving account performance, handling deliveries and pickups, maintaining store appearance, and conducting early-stage collection activities. Success in this role supports sales expansion and healthy account management in alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Key Duties

• Manage a designated set of customer accounts by creating and nurturing strong relationships.
• Perform early collection efforts on accounts that are 1 to 6 days overdue, meeting collection targets daily and weekly.
• Use account management systems to maintain account status and secure payment promises.
• Carry out scheduled delivery routes, pickups, and customer follow-ups.
• Provide exceptional customer service across multiple touchpoints including in-store, phone, and in-home visits.
• Help drive sales growth by generating new rental contracts.
• Transport merchandise safely, oversee installation, and handle equipment carefully.
• Maintain showroom presentation and proper upkeep of company vehicles.
• Follow all required safety and operational policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service aptitude.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Capability to lift and move heavy items.
• Qualified and able to operate a box truck safely.
• Comfortable standing and driving for extended periods.
• This is a physically demanding job involving regular lifting, bending, and standing.

Work Schedule

• Full-time employment from Monday through Saturday.
• Off days on Sundays plus one additional weekday.
