Account Manager

Position Overview

Seeking motivated individuals for the role of Account Manager, a key position responsible for managing rental accounts through exceptional customer engagement, product sales, route deliveries, pickups, and account health monitoring. This position offers significant advancement potential, joining a career path where almost all Store Managers and higher leaders have progressed internally from this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of assigned rental accounts, developing strong relationships with customers.
• Perform early-stage collections for accounts 1 to 6 days past due, meeting established collection benchmarks on a daily and weekly basis.
• Utilize account management tools to maintain account health and secure customer payment commitments.
• Conduct delivery routes including new product deliveries, merchandise pickups, and customer follow-ups.
• Provide outstanding customer service across multiple channels: in-store, via telephone, and in customers' residences.
• Drive sales growth by generating new rental agreements and promoting products.
• Handle merchandise safely, including transportation, installation, and proper vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain showroom and vehicle cleanliness and standards while adhering strictly to company safety and operational protocols.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Possess strong communication and excellent customer service abilities.

Physical Demands

• Must be capable of lifting and moving heavy products safely.
• Ability to drive box trucks as required for routes.
• Comfortable with standing, driving, and physical activity for several hours during a shift.

Work Schedule & Environment

• Full-time position working Monday through Saturday with Sundays and one weekday off.
• Role demands physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing.
