About the Role

Join Rent-A-Center as an Account Manager in Augusta, GA, where you can start with a competitive hourly wage starting from $15.30 up to $16.45 along with a $500 bonus incentive—$250 after 30 days and another $250 after 90 days. This role serves as a pivotal position in the company's advancement ladder, with most leadership roles filled from within this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a designated set of rental accounts, fostering strong customer connections.
• Execute early-stage collections on accounts 1 to 6 days overdue, meeting daily and weekly targets.
• Utilize account management tools to maintain account status and secure payments.
• Carry out deliveries, pickups, and customer follow-ups according to assigned routes.
• Provide outstanding customer service both in-store, on calls, and at customers' residences.
• Boost sales by generating new rental agreements.
• Handle merchandise transport, installation, and care safely and professionally.
• Ensure showroom and company vehicle standards are consistently met.
• Comply fully with safety and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Must exhibit excellent communication and customer service aptitude.

Physical Demands

• Capability to lift heavy products.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck.
• Comfortable standing and driving for long periods.

Work Schedule

• Full-time hours from Monday through Saturday.
• Sundays and one weekday are days off.
• This is a physically demanding job involving lifting, bending, and standing.
