Role Overview

As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will lead the housekeeping team and ensure the highest quality standards in guest accommodation and public areas management. This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to health and safety policies, and coordination with maintenance to uphold hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain top-quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks on all work to uphold excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within and outside the hotel premises.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including conference rooms and leisure facilities.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department to preserve hotel quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in an Accommodation Department.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to support additional departments when necessary.
