About the internship
About the Internship
As an Academic Outreach Intern at SkillOrbit, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth start and continuous engagement for students using our edtech platform. Your daily tasks include verifying student registrations quickly to grant platform access, maintaining ongoing student interaction to enhance retention, and managing student relations by providing timely support to maintain high satisfaction levels. You will also collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to address technical issues affecting student experience, reducing churn. Additionally, you will collect and analyze student feedback to help improve outreach methods and shape future product features.
