Join Per4mance Guru as a Copywriting Intern and contribute to creating compelling and high-impact marketing content. Per4mance Guru is a digital marketing agency dedicated to delivering comprehensive marketing services that drive client success across India and globally. This role offers hands-on experience in developing engaging digital content and collaborating with multiple teams to elevate campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create attention-grabbing ad copy including hooks, headlines, and body text for marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Contribute ideas and draft captivating captions and short-form video scripts for social media channels such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Perform competitor analysis, audience research, and identify current trends to keep marketing efforts innovative and relevant.
• Proofread and refine content to maintain consistent brand voice and eliminate errors across various platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and visuals.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong command of English with exceptional grammar, spelling, and storytelling capabilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a deep understanding of digital culture, internet memes, and advertising formats.
• Motivated learner with openness to feedback, adaptability under deadlines, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Availability to work full-time onsite for a 3-month duration.
• Must be located in Delhi and able to start between September 25, 2026 and November 8, 2026.
