About the Role
This internship offers a hands-on experience in driving enrolment processes for an innovative edtech platform that focuses on advanced education in emerging technologies. Interns will be responsible for engaging prospective students, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable courses to facilitate enrolment decisions.
Internship Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective students to assess their academic and career aspirations, aligning them with relevant educational programs.
- Maintain active communication with assigned leads through various channels such as calls, WhatsApp, and emails, ensuring consistent follow-ups and accurate pipeline management.
- Provide detailed information about course content, benefits, fees, and potential outcomes to help guide students' enrolment choices.
- Strive to meet individual and team enrolment targets by enhancing lead conversion rates and sustaining strong sales momentum.
- Support enrolled students during onboarding by coordinating with internal teams to address their requirements timely.
- Collaborate with departments including Operations, Product, Training, and Support to resolve student issues and ensure a satisfying experience.
- Collect and analyze feedback from leads and enrolled students to identify common concerns or market shifts and share insights to refine sales and counselling strategies.
- Keep CRM records and sales data up to date, document interactions diligently, and produce regular performance reports for management review.
