Join Opalcode as a Web Development Intern, working remotely to build responsive and interactive websites using modern web technologies. This role offers hands-on experience in software development with guidance from industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive web pages aligned with project requirements.
- Create interactive functionalities using common web development tools and libraries.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies for site development.
- Integrate web applications with external APIs and services as needed.
- Perform debugging and quality improvements on applications to enhance user experience.
- Contribute to live development projects by implementing features assigned by mentors.
- Accept and incorporate mentor feedback following best coding and development practices.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Applicants must be available to work from home and able to begin between September 24, 2026, and October 29, 2026.
- Applicants should commit to a 2-month duration for the internship.
- Women looking to start or re-enter their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
- Preference for candidates pursuing or graduated in Computer Science Engineering; however, applicants from related fields including IT and Software Engineering are welcome.
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial though not mandatory.
- Experience with Git, APIs, databases, or web frameworks is advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn and complete assigned development tasks under mentor supervision is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging between ₹8,000 and ₹20,000, comprising a fixed portion of ₹5,000–₹15,000 and incentives of ₹3,000–₹5,000.
- Flexible working hours with a 5-day workweek.
- Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation provided upon successful internship completion.
