Internship Overview
Join Opalcode for a two-month remote internship focused on backend development. Gain hands-on experience developing server-side applications, designing REST APIs, and managing databases. You'll contribute to real projects while receiving mentorship and opportunities to sharpen your technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build backend services and applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs to connect with front-end components.
- Manage and interact with databases including MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Implement essential backend features like authentication, data validation, error handling, and basic security measures.
- Debug, test, and enhance backend functions with guidance from mentors.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available to start and work remotely between September 30, 2026, and November 4, 2026.
- Open to students currently enrolled in college (any year), fresh graduates, and individuals restarting their careers.
