About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to work remotely on real-world web development projects with Webiizy Solutions, a dynamic social media management agency dedicated to enhancing online brand presence. You will engage in developing and customizing websites using popular technologies and platforms, learning to solve technical challenges while contributing to client projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive websites utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Customize Shopify platforms including themes, product pages, and sections.
- Develop and tweak WordPress websites through theme and plugin modifications.
- Transform designs or references into functional landing pages and business sites.
- Perform basic custom coding and site adjustments as needed.
- Identify and fix bugs, responsiveness issues, and other technical problems.
- Manage fundamental tasks involving domain, hosting, SSL certificates, and website deployment.
- Conduct thorough testing of websites on both mobile and desktop devices prior to delivery.
- Maintain and update existing client websites to ensure optimum performance and currency.
Requirements
- Sound foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and/or WordPress platforms.
- Strong grasp of responsive web design principles.
- Basic familiarity with Git/GitHub version control and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and actively participate in client projects.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available to work from home, able to start between October 17 and November 21, 2026, and commit for a full month. Candidates should possess the relevant skills and interest. Women seeking to begin or re-enter their careers are especially encouraged to apply. Preference is given to Computer Science Engineering students.
Compensation and Perks
The stipend ranges from INR 3,000 to 5,000 per month. On successful completion, interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation to bolster their professional credentials.
