About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to engage in detailed process analysis and transformation activities within finance and operational domains such as Order to Cash (O2C), Source to Procure (S2P), and Finance functions. The intern will contribute to process documentation, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and presentation of insights that drive business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding and documenting current-state processes spanning Order to Cash, Source to Procure, and Finance operations.
- Gather, organize, and analyze business, operational, and financial datasets.
- Engage in discussions, workshops, and process-mapping sessions with stakeholders.
- Detect gaps in processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recognize areas of potential value addition.
- Help create process flow diagrams, benchmarking reports, financial analyses, business cases, and management presentations.
- Perform secondary research and industry benchmarking activities as necessary.
- Collaborate with project teams to translate analytical findings into actionable management insights and recommendations.
Candidate Eligibility and Skill Requirements
- Applicants must be available for full-time, onsite internship starting between September 18, 2026, and October 23, 2026, lasting for two months.
- Open to MBA, CA, CMA, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics graduates or final-year students with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Exposure to SAP/ERP systems, finance, procurement, supply chain, sales operations, business process transformation, or consulting is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000.
- Certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
- Workweek consists of five working days.
