Join Reducate.ai as a Telecalling intern and play an essential role in helping advance educational technology. This remote, part-time internship allows you to use your skills in MS Excel, spoken and written English, and spoken Hindi to interact with potential clients by phone. Your efforts will support outreach initiatives and directly contribute to expanding the impact of our products on learners and educators globally.
Responsibilities
- Carry out outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Keep detailed and accurate MS Excel records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate clearly in both English and Hindi to address inquiries and concerns.
- Provide relevant product and pricing information to interested individuals.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve set targets and goals.
- Help organize appointments and coordinate meeting schedules.
- Continuously enhance your understanding of our offerings to improve customer assistance.
