About the Internship
Join the Indian Institute of Gems & Jewelry (IIGJ) as a Telecalling Intern if you are enthusiastic about sales and communication. IIGJ, an initiative of the Gem & Jewelry Export Promotion Council sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, offers premier courses and training across India’s gem and jewelry sector. This internship provides hands-on experience in promoting educational programs and engaging with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound telephonic calls to prospective clients to promote the institute’s courses and services.
- Leverage negotiation and communication skills to convert leads into confirmed enrollments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries and supporting existing clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize on boosting sales and achieving targets.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and regularly update the client database.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Participate in and assist with marketing events to enhance the institute’s visibility and attract new clients.
