About the Internship

KinderArt Impex, a company specializing in the import and distribution of kindergarten educational toys, furniture, and playground equipment across India, is seeking enthusiastic Telecalling interns to join their sales team. This role offers a platform to develop communication skills in both English and Hindi, enhance proficiency in MS Excel, and work collaboratively with peers while contributing to the organization's sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients to showcase and promote KinderArt's products and services.
• Respond to inbound calls, efficiently addressing customer queries and providing necessary support.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions using MS Excel.
• Work collectively with team members to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Engage in follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships.
• Participate actively in sales training to refine selling techniques and deepen product knowledge.
• Support the identification of new sales prospects and emerging market segments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Must be able to commence the internship between 10th September 2026 and 15th October 2026.
• Availability to commit to a 3-month internship duration.
• Applicants should be residents of Delhi.
• Possess relevant skills including teamwork, sales aptitude, and effective communication.

Stipend Details

• The monthly stipend ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹27,000.
• Compensation is composed of a fixed pay between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000 per month plus incentives ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹12,000 monthly.
