Internship Overview

This internship opportunity at Biios is tailored for confident communicators with an aptitude for numbers. As a Telecalling intern, you will initiate calls to potential clients, explain our offerings clearly, and maintain meticulous records using MS Excel. Proficiency in both English and Hindi will enable effective communication with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively conduct outbound calls to generate prospective client leads.
• Deliver clear and concise information regarding Biios products and services.
• Track and update records of all calls and client interactions within MS Excel.
• Engage in follow-ups to arrange appointments and meetings with potential clients.
• Support market research efforts to identify additional lead opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet set targets and objectives.
• Continuously enhance communication abilities and deepen product knowledge to improve client experience.

Who Can Apply

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Internship start date should be between September 22, 2026 and October 27, 2026.
• Commitment to a 6-month duration is required.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills and a strong interest in telecalling and customer interaction roles.

Compensation and Benefits

• Stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹65,000 per month, composed of a fixed pay between ₹5,000 and ₹15,000, plus incentives up to ₹50,000.
• Certificates and letters of recommendation upon successful completion.
• Flexible working hours and a 5-day workweek.
