About the Internship

Akshara Enterprises, established in 2023, is a dynamic business management firm that specializes in delivering comprehensive solutions from production and logistics to marketing and sales for brands across various industries. The company aims to streamline and grow business operations efficiently and sustainably. We are inviting enthusiastic candidates fluent in Kannada and English to join us as Telecalling Interns to contribute directly to our growth and client engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Kannada and English over the phone to inform them about our products and services.
• Develop and sustain robust client relationships via consistent follow-up calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate client records by updating information in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and cultivate potential leads and upselling opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify trends.
• Attend training sessions to improve communication and sales abilities.
• Assist the team in reaching sales targets and organizational goals.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore.
• Should be able to start the internship between September 19, 2026, and October 24, 2026.
• Availability for the entire duration of 3 months is essential.
• Candidates need to possess relevant skills in client relationship management and language proficiency.
• Fresh graduates aspiring for job opportunities are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranges from ₹8,500 to ₹15,800, split between fixed pay (₹7,500 - ₹10,800) and incentives (₹1,000 - ₹5,000).
• Successful interns stand a chance to receive a full-time job offer with an annual salary between ₹450,000 and ₹850,000 upon conversion.
• Certificates of internship completion will be provided.
