About the Internship

Akshara Enterprises, founded in 2023, is a progressive business management firm delivering comprehensive end-to-end services for various brands across industries, including production, logistics, marketing, sales, and scaling operations. We are dedicated to streamlining and scaling business operations efficiently. We are currently looking for enthusiastic Field Sales interns proficient in English and Kannada to join our Bangalore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground visits to engage potential customers and promote our offerings.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to boost sales.
• Support the formulation of sales strategies and execution plans to achieve targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer support and resolve inquiries or issues effectively.
• Gather and analyze market data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team toward overarching business goals.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training programs to enhance skills.

Candidate Eligibility

• Availability for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore.
• Candidates must be able to start between September 19, 2026, and October 24, 2026.
• Commitment to a 3-month internship duration.
• Relevant skills and genuine interest in sales roles.
• Fresh graduates seeking jobs are welcome to apply.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹9,500 to ₹15,500, comprising a fixed salary of ₹8,500 to ₹10,500 plus incentives between ₹1,000 and ₹5,000.
• Certificate awarded upon completion of the internship.
• Opportunity for a job offer with an annual salary ranging from ₹300,000 to ₹450,000 upon successful conversion.
