With over 2000 Shopify brands across 50+ countries leveraging our platform to increase revenues by more than 20%, we are seeking passionate interns to help foster lifelong customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and convert them into dedicated advocates of BiteSpeed.
- Manage the onboarding process, providing an engaging and positive introduction to the BiteSpeed platform.
- Monitor how customers adopt our product, maximizing their value and discovering opportunities for upselling and increasing revenue.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on effective use of BiteSpeed tools to derive maximum benefit.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between October 14, 2026, and November 18, 2026.
- Commitment for a 6-month internship duration is required.
- Relevant skills and interests aligned with customer success are essential.
- Open to fresh graduates and individuals seeking job opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes
- Up to 6 months' experience in client onboarding, customer success, account management, or related client-facing roles.
- Strong dedication to delivering an exceptional service experience comparable to a Michelin-starred restaurant.
- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve success.
- Interest in engaging with diverse individuals and understanding their perspectives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients proactively and efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend of INR 20,000 to 20,001.
- Internship duration is 6 months.
- Additional perks include certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, informal dress code, 5-day workweek, and a potential job offer upon successful completion.
Additional Information
- Upon successful conversion to a full-time employee, the anticipated salary ranges from INR 550,000 to 800,000 per annum.
