This internship offers a unique chance to develop skills in client relationship management, customer support, and sales techniques including cold calling, within a fast-growing B2B SaaS and startup-focused recruitment environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain regular engagement with clients to ensure satisfaction and promptly address their questions or issues.
- Communicate with customers to gauge their requirements and actively promote products or services.
- Support the acquisition of new customers by employing cold calling and other sales strategies.
- Deliver efficient customer assistance to resolve problems and improve overall experience.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance the customer journey and optimize internal processes.
- Bring forward innovative concepts to strengthen customer success initiatives and contribute to company growth.
Candidate Eligibility

Compensation & Benefits
- The monthly stipend ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000, comprising a fixed portion of ₹10,000-20,000 and performance incentives of ₹5,000-20,000.
- Successful interns may receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and an opportunity for a full-time job offer.
- On transitioning to a permanent role, employees can expect an annual salary between ₹500,000 and ₹700,000.
