Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Recruit CRM platform and understand the recruitment industry operations.
- Respond to client inquiries efficiently via chat and email channels.
- Identify customer requirements and relay them accurately to internal teams to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available to work from home and commit to a 6-month period starting between January 4, 2027, and February 3, 2027.
- Open exclusively to 2027 graduates (UG or PG) across all specializations.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills including client interaction, analytical thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving.
- Ideal candidates demonstrate a proactive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn the recruitment platform and industry specifics.

Compensation and Perks
- The stipend ranges from INR 20,001 to 20,003 per month, combining a fixed and a minor incentive pay.
