About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship involves reaching out to individuals who have expressed interest in HelloGrowthCRM, aiming to understand their business needs and assess if the CRM solution fits them. Interns will clarify the product's role in aiding small businesses to efficiently track leads and follow-ups, arrange product demonstrations for the sales team, and ensure attendee confirmations.
Additional duties include following up with trial users to assist with onboarding, re-engaging inactive leads using provided call scripts, and meticulously documenting all call outcomes, notes, and next steps within the CRM on the same day. Interns must meet daily call and connection targets and submit concise end-of-day reports. Identifying recurring objections and questions is also essential to enhance the product and messaging.
Work Schedule and Language
This is a full-time remote internship requiring availability six days per week (Monday through Saturday). All calls will be conducted in Hindi and English.
Candidate Criteria
- Availability for the remote internship starting between October 16, 2026, and November 20, 2026
- Commitment to the full 6-month duration
- Possession of relevant skills and interests
- Proficiency in spoken Hindi and English for confident communication with business owners
- Access to a quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection
- Ability to operate a CRM system effectively and document calls accurately
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory
- Willingness to work full-time, six days weekly (Monday to Saturday)
Stipend and Benefits
The internship offers a stipend of INR 4000 per month. Successful interns will also receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
