Internship Role & Responsibilities
As an intern in Operations - Customer Support, you will be the main contact point for customers across phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring professional and attentive customer service.
You will work collaboratively with various teams to investigate and resolve customer issues effectively and accurately.
Managing customer requests from start to finish, you will follow up regularly and proactively identify customer needs to provide suitable advice and solutions.
Eligibility & Terms
This opportunity is for candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Gurgaon or Noida for 3 months starting immediately between October 15, 2026 and November 19, 2026. Strong relevant skills and interests are required.

Additional information
This internship offers a stipend between 15,000 and 18,000 INR per month.
