About the Internship

BiteSpeed, a Sequoia-backed SaaS startup empowering over 2000 Shopify brands in more than 50 countries, is offering a full-time onsite internship for six months in Bangalore. The company focuses on enabling e-commerce brands to excel in conversational commerce through solutions like WhatsApp marketing, chatbots, and multi-channel support.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries via live chat and email promptly and accurately.
• Support e-commerce store owners globally in configuring and utilizing BiteSpeed's platform effectively.
• Gain insight into customers’ business operations and offer tailored advice to optimize their success with the product.
• Document, classify, and forward technical problems and feature requests to the product development team.
• Analyze recorded customer sessions to identify obstacles in product activation and usability.
• Propose suggestions to improve the user interface and user experience to the product team.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and management.
• Experience using Jira for issue tracking and project management.
