Internship Role and Responsibilities

The selected intern will primarily engage in outreach and customer interaction activities, including making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain company offerings, managing both incoming and outgoing customer inquiries, providing detailed information, resolving questions, and assisting with pricing or basic problem solving.

Additionally, the intern will be responsible for effectively presenting products or services, overcoming customer objections, and transforming leads into sales or scheduling further discussions. Keeping the customer information updated accurately in the CRM system, including logging calls and feedback, is also essential. Achieving or surpassing set targets for daily and monthly calls, lead generation, and sales results is expected throughout the internship.

Eligibility and Application Criteria

Candidates must be available for an on-site, full-time internship lasting 6 months and able to start between September 22, 2026, and October 27, 2026. Applicants should possess relevant skills and interests aligned with telecalling activities.

Additional Information and Perks

This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 INR and operates on a five-day workweek basis. The positions are available across multiple locations including Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, Assam, Dhanbad, and Meghalaya.
