This internship involves managing and coordinating project activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. Key duties include tracking sprint tasks and bugs, liaising with development and operations teams, monitoring progress, and assisting with planning and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor project tasks, user stories, bugs, and sprint progress using Zoho Sprints software.
- Coordinate effectively with Development, QA, DevOps, and other relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously follow up on task advancement, identifying blockers, dependencies, and timelines to keep projects on track.
- Support sprint planning, prioritize tasks, and maintain backlog management to optimize delivery.
- Record meeting minutes, action points, and keep project updates documented accurately.
- Track project status regularly and compile reports and trackers reflecting progress.
- Assist in testing processes, issue tracking, software release coordination, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

- Basic knowledge of software development concepts including APIs, databases, and deployment methodologies.

- Skillful in maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
