About the Internship
This role offers hands-on experience developing and maintaining features on both backend and frontend systems, specifically using FastAPI and React. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to address bug fixes, implement user acceptance testing feedback, and build new modules. The internship encourages the use of advanced AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development speed, while ensuring high code quality. Participation in sprint planning, code reviews, and other team-driven development processes is expected. Candidates will engage with real-world client requirements and experience the pressures of production deadlines.

Stipend and Perks

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduates or postgraduates eligible for immediate joining
- Strong foundational knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and React
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar tools to prompt, review, and debug generated code
- Quick comprehension and navigation of existing codebases
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and client-server interactions
- Curiosity about software architecture with ability to articulate system functionality
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment with strict deadlines
- Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and openness to feedback during code reviews
Desirable Additional Skills
- Previous experience working on CRM or business applications, including personal or academic projects
- Familiarity with FastAPI framework, SQLAlchemy ORM, and asynchronous Python programming
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases
- Exposure to Docker containers, version control with Git/GitHub, and CI/CD workflows
- Understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, and JWT
- Ability to effectively leverage AI coding tools as productivity enhancers while maintaining a thorough understanding of the code
