Internship Role and Responsibilities
As a Tamil Telecalling Intern, you will engage customers in their native language, helping to promote services while providing excellent support. Your fluency in Tamil, Hindi, and English will be vital in communicating effectively with a diverse audience.
- Initiate outbound calls to introduce and promote ChatSpark's offerings.
- Attend to inbound calls, responding to customer queries and providing necessary assistance.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of each customer conversation and transaction.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to meet sales targets and overall objectives.
- Participate actively in training sessions aimed at improving communication and sales techniques.
- Contribute positively to a dynamic work atmosphere prioritizing excellent customer service.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be equipped and available to work remotely from home.
- Should be able to commence the internship between August 13, 2026, and September 17, 2026.
- Willingness to commit to a three-month internship period.
- Possess relevant skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English communication.
