Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to work as a Hair Coach providing exceptional customer support for individuals addressing hair loss issues. You will serve as a vital connection between the brand's personalized treatment plans and the customers' progress, ensuring consistent engagement and motivation throughout their hair care journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and other communication platforms to understand their hair health concerns.
- Assist customers in navigating their personalized hair treatment plans effectively.
- Clarify treatment details including product application, dosage, timelines, and care instructions as prescribed.
- Resolve queries related to hair fall, scalp conditions, treatment adherence, product information, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Encourage customers to stay committed to their prescribed treatments by offering motivational support.
- Perform regular follow-ups to track patient progress and enhance treatment compliance.
- Deliver empathetic and tailored assistance to clients experiencing hair problems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai.
- The internship duration is six months, with start dates between August 18, 2026, and September 22, 2026.
- Candidates should have relevant skills including client interaction, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and customer support.
- Must be a graduate or a fresher, located in Mumbai.
Stipend & Perks
- The monthly stipend ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 25,000.
