About the Internship
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused intern to manage client relationships and ensure smooth coordination throughout our photography projects. This role acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating efficient shoot execution and timely post-production delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-shoot Coordination:
- Establish and maintain strong client connections to foster satisfaction and encourage repeat engagements.
- Gather necessary shoot details at least 3 to 4 days before scheduled sessions, including conducting pre-shoot consultation calls.
- Address all client inquiries promptly to guarantee a seamless and professional experience.
Post-production Coordination:
- Collaborate with photo editors to ensure consistent workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Assign editing jobs, monitor progress across various projects, and follow up with clients as needed.
- Oversee timelines to secure punctual delivery of final edited content.
- Perform thorough quality assurance checks before final handover to uphold brand quality standards.
- Handle client complaints with professionalism and coordinate solutions with senior management to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain organized data handling practices, including file management and backups.
- Ensure all concerns are addressed promptly, sustaining client trust and satisfaction throughout.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, onsite internship.
