This role offers an opportunity to develop customer interaction skills while supporting a mission to promote eco-friendly and affordable gardening solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries and concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer communications and transactions utilizing MS-Excel.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Identify potential areas for enhancement and introduce creative solutions to improve service quality.
• Adapt flexibly to dynamic work demands and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Continuously update knowledge of organic product offerings and stay informed about market trends.
• Promote a positive workplace atmosphere aligned with the organization's sustainability and affordability values.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be prepared to commit to a remote internship with a six-month duration.
• Availability to commence between August 18, 2026, and September 22, 2026, is required.
• Relevant skills and a genuine interest in customer service and organic products are essential.

• Stipend: INR 2,000 per month.
