Join Triumph Systems, a well-established IT firm with 25 years of experience serving IT, pharmaceutical, and BFSI industries, as a Talent Acquisition intern based in Mumbai. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in various aspects of recruitment and candidate management within a dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and workforce needs.
- Conduct candidate sourcing to build pools of qualified applicants.
- Evaluate candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
- Perform preliminary screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Present candidate shortlists to senior management and track progress until position closure.
- Generate recruitment reports and management information systems (MIS) as scheduled.
- Identify and implement the most effective recruitment strategies to attract talent.
- Create recruitment advertisements and email communications for job openings.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates about their application status.
- Execute additional assigned recruitment-related tasks.

Stipend and Compensation
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹14,001 to ₹20,000, consisting of a fixed pay between ₹14,000 and ₹15,000 along with potential incentives from ₹1 to ₹5,000 monthly. Upon successful transition to a full-time role, a salary between ₹240,000 and ₹360,000 per year is anticipated.
