About the Internship

This internship offers practical exposure to various human resource functions within a reputed hotel group. The intern will be engaged in maintaining employee records, managing payroll processes, overseeing attendance and leave administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update employee documentation and records.
• Carry out payroll processing from start to finish accurately.
• Administer attendance tracking and leave management systems.
• Monitor compliance with labor regulations and statutory obligations.
• Assist in the coordination of routine HR activities.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship role.
• Applicants should be able to commence the internship anytime between October 8th, 2026, and November 12th, 2026.
• The internship duration expected is six months.
• Applicants need to possess relevant skills and a keen interest in HR functions.
• Graduation in Human Resources or a closely related discipline is required.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and oral, are essential.
• The candidate should demonstrate initiative and ownership in managing assigned tasks.

Additional Details

• Stipend offered is ₹10,000 per month.
