Internship Overview and Responsibilities

As an intern in Talent Acquisition, you will support the HR team in recruiting skilled candidates for diverse roles within the foundation. This role involves working collaboratively with multiple departments to comprehend their staffing needs, managing recruitment activities, and guaranteeing a smooth candidate experience. Your command of English, MS Excel proficiency, and team management abilities will be fundamental to your success.

• Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants for various organizational vacancies.
• Organize and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records using MS Excel.
• Help arrange recruitment events and job fairs to attract talent.
• Work with colleagues to develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives.
• Contribute to drafting job descriptions and posting openings on recruitment platforms.
• Provide support to HR with administrative duties and other projects as required.

Applicant Eligibility

• Available to work remotely from home.
• Ability to commence the internship between October 9, 2026, and November 13, 2026.
• Available for the full 3-month duration.
• Possess relevant skills and a strong interest in talent acquisition.

Additional Information

• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month.
• Number of openings: 100.
• Internship duration: 3 months.
