Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various platforms and tools to source and evaluate potential candidates.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with onboarding new team members to ensure smooth integration.
- Create and revise job descriptions and postings as needed.
