About the Internship

Keenheads Technologies specializes in design and development solutions within the semiconductor sector, with offices located in Noida and Bangalore, India. Our clientele includes multinational corporations based in Europe, the USA, and India.

Internship Responsibilities

• Participate in the complete recruitment cycle including candidate sourcing, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting follow-ups.
• Handle job advertisements across various job boards and social media channels to attract candidates.
• Keep candidate information and recruitment records up to date using dedicated databases and trackers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs and facilitate the selection process.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts aimed at drawing top-tier talent.
• Help organize and coordinate activities that boost employee engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

This opportunity is targeted at final year students or those with up to one year of professional experience. Candidates must be from Noida or Bangalore locations with availability for full-time, onsite internship commitments of three months duration beginning between September 12, 2026, and October 17, 2026.

Additional Information

• The Noida office is located in Sector 135 requiring five days per week attendance.
• The Bangalore office is situated in HSR Layout with a three-day in-office weekly schedule.
• Interns will receive a monthly stipend of 12,000 INR.
