Role Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated IT Operations & Systems Specialist intern proficient in Linux administration, Microsoft 365, network management, and Vibe Coding, coupled with strong English communication skills. As an intern, daily duties will involve managing office IT infrastructure, hardware support, and connectivity to ensure seamless operations both during and after working hours.
- Maintain comprehensive IT asset inventories, overseeing distribution, returns, repairs, and replacements of equipment such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.
- Handle Linux server administration on-premises or cloud, including routine monitoring, troubleshooting, user account and permission management.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain various engineering and EDA software applications on Linux platforms.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to address issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
- Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, groups, permissions, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain internal business applications and workflow automation using Vibe Coding alongside Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for a full-time, onsite internship between Greater Noida, Noida, or Bangalore.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month duration starting immediately between September 16, 2026, and October 21, 2026.
- Possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for IT operations, systems management, and problem-solving.
