Internship Overview
Join VortexWeb as a Talent Acquisition Intern where you will actively manage the recruitment pipeline for developer, QA, and sales positions. This internship focuses on proactive candidate engagement primarily through calling rather than mere coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and source potential candidates using platforms like job portals and professional networks based on role requirements.
- Conduct approximately 20 candidate screening calls daily utilizing predefined evaluation rubrics and scripts to assess fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers promptly on the day candidates qualify.
- Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions and updates on the company’s Bitrix24 system, with provided training on tool usage.
- Ensure timely follow-up communications within 24 hours to candidates who await updates.
- Prepare employment offers and onboarding paperwork using standardized company templates.
- Consistently achieve weekly recruitment goals throughout the six-month internship period.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for full-time, on-site internship in Noida lasting six months.
- Candidates should be able to start between 24th September and 29th October 2026.
- Open to final-year students or graduates from any discipline; MBA in HR is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficiency and confidence in cold calling in Hindi and English are required.
- Possess a personal laptop and be ready for immediate joining.

Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend between INR 5,000 and 7,000. Additional benefits include an internship certificate, letter of recommendation, complimentary snacks and beverages, and potential job offer opportunities upon successful completion.
Performance Targets and Additional Information
- Initial weekly targets include making 60 calls, screening 10 candidates, and scheduling 3 interviews.
- Performance evaluations will be conducted at the conclusion of the first week.
- Successful interns may receive a pre-placement offer with an annual salary ranging from ₹250,000 to ₹300,000 upon permanent recruitment.
- Interns gain valuable, hands-on experience with the Bitrix24 Human Resource Management System, enhancing their professional profile.
