About the Role

Join Gradtwin Services (OPC) as a Talent Acquisition Intern to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes. This role is designed for students and fresh graduates eager to develop skills in sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment activities within a supportive environment focused on professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates utilizing job portals, social media platforms, and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Assess candidate profiles and resumes to ensure alignment with specific job criteria.
• Engage with applicants, conducting preliminary screening calls as necessary.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the hiring panel.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate data and manage recruitment tracking systems.
• Assist with overall daily recruitment and talent acquisition tasks to streamline the hiring process.

Candidate Eligibility

• Availability to undertake a part-time internship lasting 3 months.
• Ability to commence the internship between September 25, 2026, and October 30, 2026.
• Possessing relevant skills and a genuine interest in recruitment and human resources.

Additional Information

• Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (Onsite)
• Work schedule is part-time with flexible hours.
• 30 internship openings available.
• Monthly stipend ranges from INR 3001 to INR 7002.
• Interns will receive a participation certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
