About the Internship

Join Codingal as a Talent Acquisition Associate intern, where you will be responsible for sourcing and screening educators across various subjects including Coding, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Math for markets both domestic and international. You will evaluate candidate resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and ensure candidates meet role-specific eligibility criteria while consistently achieving weekly recruitment goals.

You will also assess candidate communication skills, intent, and willingness openly to maintain high engagement levels and reduce dropout rates post-onboarding. Verifying applicants have the necessary technical setup such as a personal laptop and stable internet is part of your role, along with keeping the hiring pipeline organized and coordinating evaluation and onboarding processes effectively.

Eligibility and Requirements

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months, starting between August 25 and September 29, 2026. Fresh graduates with an interest in recruitment or talent acquisition are welcome to apply.

Additional prerequisites include a graduate degree and prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or managing high-volume hiring, preferably in EdTech or education sectors. Strong English communication skills for assessing language proficiency, attention to detail, the ability to adhere to structured processes, familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS), and a candidate-centered approach to reduce dropout rates are essential.

Compensation and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹28,000, which includes a fixed pay component of ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 and incentives of ₹5,000 to ₹6,000. Upon successful completion and conversion to a permanent position, the salary package is expected to be between ₹375,000 and ₹400,000 annually.
